Images produced under the terms of QuickDraw Caricatures (including web marketing domains "kwkdraw.com" and "comicfaces.com") remain the intellectual property of the artist, authorized only for display, and shall not be published or reproduced for any purpose except by express written permission of the artist.

Due to the availability of private optical/digital reproduction, QuickDraw Caricatures may not be returned for refund, except in cases of shipping error or damage.
